Healthy people do not go to hospital. You only go if something is wrong.
This analogy comes up a lot when people comment on our social media and say our content looks like it is ragging on the product. They see posts on YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram pointing out common issues and assume we do not like the vehicles we work on.
That is not the case at all.
We love the Product and We Tell the Truth
We genuinely love Jeep. Many of our staff own them, myself included. If you have seen our blooper reels, you will know that first hand.
But our role as a specialist workshop is not to pretend nothing ever goes wrong. If that were true, there would be no need for a Jeep specialist.
Our content is a mix of appreciation and education. We show what we love about these vehicles, but we also warn owners about common issues, expensive failures, and things to watch out for.
People do not buy a Jeep just to get from A to B. They buy them because they love the brand and what the vehicles can do.

At the same time, they are complex vehicles. Some problems are common and some repairs are expensive. Ignoring that does not help anyone.
So yes, sometimes you will see us saying these vehicles are brilliant. Other times you will see us pointing out serious issues. Both are true.
We could pretend nothing ever goes wrong, or we could only complain. Neither helps owners.
We choose to be honest.
Watch the video for the full explanation and context. It explains exactly why our content looks mixed, and why that is intentional.
