Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 Coolant Leak

There are three common coolant leaks from the WK2 Grand Cherokee. We have created blog content and DIY videos on the two most common. They are

  • The coolant turbo hose located in the valley. Find out more here
  • The water pump. Find out more here

The Third Most common cause of coolant loss in a WK2 is the Z hose. This hose comes off the back of the Oil cooler on a 3.0 Diesel engine. It is an expensive hose if you buy it off Jeep. It can be replaced with a part from a Holden Commodore for a fraction of the price.

Watch the video where we show you what to do, what the part numbers needed are and how to fix this for around $13 in parts.
