The Short answer to the question here is No you do not.
There are a few different types of warranty that come with vehicles. The first is what is referred to as manufacturers warranty, the second is an aftermarket warranty sold by a third party and operates more like an insurance policy than a warranty. These aftermarket warranties are totally useless and in my opinion are not worth the value of the paper they are printed on.
Manufacturers warranty is the warranty required by law to be offered to you when you purchase a new vehicle from the dealership. There is no requirement for a vehicle still covered by manufacturers warranty to service their vehicle with the dealership.
As long as repairs and maintenance are carried out by a licensed vehicle repairer the dealership is still legally required to honour any warranty claims whilst the vehicle is still in the warranty parameters. .
