There is an Australian government website that lists all active recalls on vehicles sold in Australia. It is not a very user-friendly platform and requires you to download an excel spread sheet listing all applicable vin number and then requires you to find your vin int he lists. Then you need to do this over and over for every Recall applicable to your Make and Model.

Each manufacturer has a specific page for their brand and when you enter your VIN into these websites it will list out all applicable recalls.
