GDL Automotives choice of Sports exhaust options on the Hemi range of engines is the Pacemaker system.
Pacemaker make a complete system including the headers, high flow catalytic converters and sports exhaust system for them. the same kit fits the 5.7 V8 the 6.4 V8 and the 6.2 supercharged engine.
Some owners of the 5.7 have companied that this system can have a drone like sound. This is due to the smaller engine capacity pushing less air through the system. However most owners love it.
Below is a link to a case study of a vehicle we did with the 5.7 hemi in it. This car got a stage one camshaft upgrade, the AFE cold air intake and the complete pacemaker system.
The power gains for the exhaust with the headers are significant if done with the camshaft upgrade and tune. Or to word it better, doing the camshaft upgrade without the exhaust upgrades will severely hinder the power output.
Fitting the pacemaker system adds up to an additional 50HP at the wheels when done with the other modifications.
