With the frequent bushfire season the air quality in Sydney and surrounding areas was very poor for several weeks over the Christmas period. In most modern vehicles there is a filter in the dash assembly that filters the air coming through the air conditioning system. When the air quality is as bad as it was through out the recent bush fire season these filters block up quicker than usual. Almost all services that we have had come through all our store recently have needed this filter replaced. Along with that filter is advised an air conditioning treatment. This is an aerosol treatment that kills of bacteria and mould that can begin to grow in the air conditioning system. Due to the high moisture involved in air conditioning this occurs a lot.
